How to Place an Order
When you see an item you like, click “ADD GEAR” button and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or click on “Checkout” button and follow the steps to complete your transaction. For your convenience you could create a Log In account for easy future shopping or check out without one.
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit and debit card payments, American Express and Discover card.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to the state of California.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order you will be taken to Order Confirmation page displaying your order number and your purchase summary. You will also receive an email confirmation with the information about your order. Please, keep this information for your future reference.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Each order goes thru a process of steps before it ships out. Should you need to make any changes or cancellations after you submit your order, email us at help@kona-gear.com or call (877) 662-5662 immediately. We cannot make any changes or cancellations after an order enters shipping stage.
Backordered Items
It is possible that your item might become unavailable in which case you will be notified via email. If you would rather not wait and get a refund for backordered item, please send us an email along with your order number at help@kona-gear.com
Once your order is received it usually leaves our warehouse within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping time frames are as follows:
Domestic:
Standard Shipping: 3-6 working days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days*
*Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time
International:
For USPS International Prioirty Mail, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. If we do not ship to your country, please, let us know at help@kona-gear.com
Returns
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item you may return it for a refund within twenty days (20) from the delivery day. Returned items must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and repacked in its original packaging.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, you can do so by simply placing another order on our website and returning your original item back to us.
RMA and Return Address
To initiate a return, send an email along with your order number and an item you would like to return to help@kona-gear.com. We will then issue an RMA number. Please, pack items securely, include your RMA number and ship via traceable courier to:

Refund
After we receive your return and confirm that the return requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed. Refund times depend on the credit card company’s policies. Remember that shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The refund will correspond to the final price of the items you have decided to return.

Typographical Errors
In the event a Kona-Gear.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Kona-Gear.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kona-Gear.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Kona-Gear.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
